Summary/Abstract: This article discusses a subject that is underestimated in the Turkish management literature. Management consultancy concerns governmental managers and business managers closely. The concept of consulting is explained in the introduction. After the explanations of the management consultancy, the internal and external consultants were emphasized. The Recommendations section focuses on the relevance of the subject to industrial espionage and brief warnings for all bureaucratic managers and entrepreneurs.
