Summary/Abstract: Folklore as expression of the people’ soul, is a kind of creative work linked strongly to the society and in conjunction (dependently) to its changes and development, the folklore is changed and developed as well. Political and social circumstances during the period of socialist system and during the system that followed, they have influenced and they have been manifested in folklore as well. These circumstances now and again have influenced in no cultivation of authentic folkloric values. Transformation of folkloric occurrences into no folkloric has brought about the phenomenon of folklorism.
