Summary/Abstract: Summarizing the opinions coming outside of BiH on perception of status in this state after the war, one could tell that neither Europe or the EU havent been ready for events in the beggining of the 1990’s and after, on the territory of former SFRY. European states that couldn’t end the war let the big american brother to end it, after the failed of UNPROFOR mission. After the war and signing Dayton Peace Accords European actors took more responsibility and start to be more involved in peace building. The bright point in this is angegement of military troops in peace operation in BiH and financial investments. Lack of power of international (european) actors to end process of peace building is the reason to call domestic politicians to take more responsibilities and find compromise with less intervene of internacional actors.
