Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to better understand school administrators’ problems on school and environment relationship and find some potential solutions. School administrators are the key persons for reaching the purposes of schools and education systems. That is why; school administrators run administration processes in order to use human sources and other sources effectively. Schools have to achieve some goals like all other social organizations. These goals can be determined as social, political, economic, and self-actualization. In order to reach these determined goals, schools must get benefits all sources in and out of schools. At this point, the aim of this study is to investigate how environmental factors affect schools. This study has been conducted by phenomenological research design which is a qualitative research approach.
