Requirements to have an agricultural property in selected activities of the Rural Development Programme for 2014–2020

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to review the requirements for agricultural real estate in the different activities of the PROW 2014–2020. Given the requirements for ownership of agricultural property, conditioning the receipt of aid from the earlier aid programs, it is clear that the current conditions for the granting of support from the PROW 2014–2020 was more clarified and specified. These modifications and strengthen the rules implementing some presented in this article aid instruments were designed to better adapt to the actual needs of holders of agricultural land and rural population.
