Subjectivity of Disabled Persons in the Light of Findings of Employability Studies

Summary/Abstract: The article presents selected definitions of the subject and subjectivity of a human being and the concept of employability, in the terms of R. McQuaid and C. Linsay. Further in, it tackles the portion of employability research results concerning the subjectivity of people with disabilities. K. Gorlach and Z. Seręga’s subjectivity levels were used for the description. The article ends with conclusions from the analysis.
