Reimbursement of medical treatment costs under a civil liability insurance contract with respect to insurance practice

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on selected issues related to the claim of the injured party in accident for return the costs of treatment directed against the person liable for damage and his insurer under the insurance contract of civil liability. The author presents the current jurisprudence of particular emphasis on the range of services which cover injured party may request. Moreover in article was analyzed the practice of insurers in terms of return medical expenses and the judgment of the Supreme Court, which is the resolution of the legal issues presented by the Financial Ombudsman, concerning the liability of the insurer under a contract of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners in respect claims for the cost of private treatment.
