Summary/Abstract: The article raises issues related to the problems of educating the young generation in the modern world, which is dominated by the ubiquitous information technology. The main objective of the research undertaken by the author was seeking answers to the question whether the violence contained in computer games children have contact with affects their behavior and how? The study used diagnostic survey method and survey technique. The study included a group of children aged 10 to 14 years old and a group of parents with children in this age range. The subject is extremely important if we take into account the universality, the easy use of this kind of entertainment as well as its easy availability, remaining often beyond parental control.
