Summary/Abstract: Turkish cuisine culture, is a cuisine rich in cultural features and diversity. In the latest researches, it was revealed that local dishes are important and tourists want to know the characteristics of the cuisine of the region in the countries they visit. Culinary culture, which is accepted as a cultural heritage, The importance of this heritage, which has been transferred from one generation to the next, has started to be understood. The promotion and marketing of local dishes is also important in terms of its contribution to tourism revenues. The characteristics of Turkish cuisine have different characteristics in each province in our country. This situation reveals differences from region to region within the same region.
