Summary/Abstract: The article presents the relation between the strategy and CSR. Properly worked out and skillfully implemented strategy more than once decides about enterprise’s success. It is important in the projecting process strategy to take into account the enterprise’s stakeholders in order to satisfy their needs. Nowadays enterprises cannot be guided only by the criterion of profit maximization. The profit begins to be treated not as the final aim, but as the means to realize other aims – social and environmental. In this context we observe the growing popularity of the idea of CSR in the world. The activity of enterprises in this area adopts varied forms and there is a need to define relations between the enterprise strategy and the idea of CSR.
