Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to attempt of answer the following questions: What is creativity?, What determines it?, and What do we mean by the term ‘efficiency of processes’? On the basis of the literature used, creativity characterizes individuals and organizations that are developing at any time during their life. Empirical studies implemented in the framework of the present study were carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the author identified determinants of creativity. In the second stage, on the basis of research results the author indicates the impact of these determinant on creativity and how it increases the process of efficiency. Finally, the author presents the results of quantitative research.
