Summary/Abstract: Wellbeing is a concept relatively new in the Polish business. It applies to the individual,organization and other community. It is considered in three dimensions: physical, psychological and social. This concept refers primarily to shape the working environment conditions which build the wellbeing of employees and positively influence their motivation and productivity. The main aim of the article is to present the issue of wellbeing in the organization, its idea and different definitions. Authors provided an analysis of CSR reports in 2012–2017 and analysis of keyword trends using Google Trends.
