Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze issues in the field of intercultural management.Based on various sources, the authors show that intercultural management is a very important element of international human resources management. The first part of the article explains the concept of international human resources management and describes the determinants of human resources management in the international context. The next part describes the phenomenon of multiculturalism and multicultural management. Then, the challenges related to working in multicultural teams were presented. The article ends with conclusions in which the authors emphasize that the challenges related to multicultural management are large and especially current.
