Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to define the role and importance of multiculturalism in building the social potential of an organization from the perspective of human resource management, which, according to the authors, is particularly important in managing a modern organization. Based on numerous sources, the authors prove that the challenges related to multiculturalism are large, especially when it comes to the possibility of using the advantages of multicultural teams in building the social potential of the organization. The first part of the article explains the concept of multiculturalism and its importance in managing human resources. Next, the strengths of multicultural teams are described. In the last part of the article, the authors discussed the essence of the social potential of the organizations and their activities in the scope of its development taking into account multiculturalism of employees.
