Summary/Abstract: Contemporary changes in business management lead to continuous improvement of production processes as well as inherent financial, material and information flows related tothem. The aim is to optimize, streamline and make the procedures more flexible, conditioning the correct delivery of the product to the potential customer, according to his growing expectations. Organizations compete with each other for priority in providing the consumer with the desired product in the right place and time, and the success of the delivery process is not only due to the producer, but also to other links in the structure of his supply chain. The implementation of logistic principles, adopted in all segments, has a key impact on the functioning of the supply chain and its relations. The main element connecting individual enterprises is the sharedgoal and effective and efficient flow of information between the supply chain. The aim of the article is to analyze information flows in the international supply chain of a clothing company.
