Summary/Abstract: The problem of measuring innovation applies to all enterprises, including TSL sector (transport-forwarding-logistics). It should be noted that this measurement is a difficult task. This is due to several reasons, including various classification innovations presented in the literature. This issue makes difficult putting unambiguous assignment of innovations to the right category. The harmonized classifications have been developed by experts from the OECD in cooperation with Eurostat rules for the collection and processing of information on enterprises innovation. They allow to compare data on an international scale. They bring innovation division into four groups: product, process, organizational and marketing innovation. This classification is the basis of the analyzes conducted by the Central Statistical Office (CSO) enterprises innovation. Referring to the issues in the article defines the objective of which is to present the level of polish TSL sector innovation in terms of statistics CSO based on the OECD classification.
