Role of Knowledge in Organization Management

Summary/Abstract: Changes in the environment and less and less of its predictability, has become one of the determinants of the growing importance of knowledge. This also results in the need to use modern methods and tools in the management of organizations. Employees are the main driver of change and innovation in organizations. Knowledge should be the primary means of manufacturing, the source of power and competitive advantages. This relationship should directly affect the perception of staff by managing the organization. Aim of this article is to describe the importance of knowledge management in modern organizations.
