Elements of a Learning Organization in Public Administration

Summary/Abstract: Changes in organizations have become an integral part of its functioning. They cover: individuals, teams and entire organizations. It seems that not only the executives in charge of companies with strictly business-oriented, but also managing the public administration bodies should have the theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the proper conduct of entities that are referred to as a learning organization. The aim of the publication is to answer the question whether the public organizations can be perceived as the learning ones. This article is based on an analysis of literature studies.
