The Road Transport Infrastructure Management in the Context of Development on the Example of the Province Lubuskie

Summary/Abstract: The influence of infrastructure on local and regional development is plain. Similarly, the local development determines the development of infrastructure. In the paper there is presented the influence of infrastructure on local development, particularly there is showed the meaning of infrastructure in the commune development and as well the activities of the local governments in development of infrastructure. Infrastructure is the most important instrument of influence the local policy on economic processes. The infrastructure creates also the chances for dynamics and development. The skills of local (commune) management, the skills of the local resources management are the main factors of local development.
