Summary/Abstract: This article attempts signaled problems on the economic aspects of management processes of travel agencies on the example of micro-enterprises in the sector in the region of the city of Szczecin. In order to identify cross-correlations were used in research into the evaluation of return on sales, calculated on the basis of net profit. The intention of the article is to signal the formal limitations of existing and prospective directions of desirable changes in the activity of micro-enterprises in the sector of tourism services, which in the future may lead to improve their market competitiveness for the benefit of themselves buyers of these forms of services.
