The Behaviour Background Influencing the Relations between Employees in the Family Company

Summary/Abstract: When a family company participates in the market competition, its family bonds create a particular asset. The author’s intention is to describe basic human behaviours related to psychological evolution process, determining relatives mutual support. Empirical part of this paper presents case studies of social-emotional conditions, creating the basics of small family companies.
