Summary/Abstract: The evolution of the international phenomena focuses its attention on the legal aspects of deploying armed forces. Without being the panacea for the human catastrophes caused by war, the international humanitarian law is often mentioned by mass media and specialists because it tries to draw the technical limits where the necessities of war have to stop and make room for the exigencies of humanity.
