Summary/Abstract: The article brings to the fore a method of resolving disputes between professionals, too little known in the domestic landscape of litigants and litigants of Romanian residence. The subject raises many questions, of which the most powerful is Who is afraid of arbitration as a method of resolving arbitrable disputes in Romania in the 3rd millennium? The answers are as many as the questions or even more. The article addresses several possible answers with reference to those who do not know what arbitration is and how arbitration can be the method of dispute resolution most appropriate for the disputes of their clients or those generated by their business or led by them and also with reference to those who have heard what arbitration is, but prefer not to talk too much about this method, from a lack of understanding of the benefits brought by arbitration; and especially from a mistaken association of the institutionalized arbitration carried out in Romania with the few corruption incidents or with deceptive ad-hoc arbitration formulas self-nominated an institutionalized arbitration tribunals. Not only the answers are the essence of this article, but merely the solution - the Romanian Arbitration Institute
