Summary/Abstract: ICT, introduced in the process of teaching and learning, have become a significant part of it thus deeply influencing the formation of Information Society. Recently many researches on ICT integration into the system of education have been carried out. However, it should be noted that mainly they are oriented towards the students and educators of main and secondary school (forms 5–12). Practically no exhaustive researches have been done on ICT application in the process of elementary education. Aiming to a wider and more rapid application of ICT in teaching and learning various subjects at all levels of education a demand of a more exhaustive analysis and consideration of ICT application in teaching elementary school subjects has arisen. Theoretical presumptions of ICT application in the process of elementary education are presented in the paper.
