Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the last century, Pauline Schullerus succeeds in publishing her collection of Romanian fairy tales translated into German, entitled ”Rumänische Volksmärchen aus dem mittleren Harbachtale, im Anhang aus dem Alttal”. The volume has a very detailed description of the Romanians living in Saxon villages with their traditions and customs and was a great success even during author’s life.
