Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the implementation of amicable practices in the solution of family law in the Czech Republic. Using historical research, it identifies selected events and documents that can be considered as thought sources of amicable practices in their modern conception. At the same time, it provides an overview of substantive and procedural legal provisions, including selected case law, which reflect this historical development from contradiction to participation. The last part provides an overview of the various instruments of amicable resolution of family law conflicts with an emphasis on the application and support of parental responsibility.
