The Principle of Official Delivery in Administrative Procedure and its Implementation

Summary/Abstract: The provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure specify 13 general principles of administrative procedure. There are some particular principles for example the principle of official delivery. This is the obligation of the public administrative body to delivery the decision and the other letters in the course of the proceedings. Sometimes it is very difficult to fulfil this obligation. The present paper is concentrated on some examples.
