Summary/Abstract: The present study tries to analyze the impact of various methods in the process of learning. A comparative study shows that the main role of the teacher is to use both traditional and modern methods in order to obtain best results, regarding especially the discipline Romanian literature. Both teacher and students have to try adapt their style so that the final result to be a real progress.
