Summary/Abstract: Negotiation is present at work, at home, between family members, existing in everyone’s life from birth, in this case representing a “game of life”. As for the rules of this concept, as is clear from the great negotiations in history, they do not exist. In a negotiation, anything is allowed, each party using its knowledge, various tactics and strategies being “allowed” scams and deceptions, although they are not necessarily ethical.Looking from another point of view, a complex negotiation can be similar to solving a puzzle, each piece being represented by a new strategy, a new objective, looking at the image as a whole being possible only after adding the last puzzle piece.
