Summary/Abstract: The concept of enterprise refers to an autonomous organization, operating for profit, representing a basic pillar of the market economy through the goods produced and the functions (services) provided regardless of its form.Regarding the activity of an enterprise from an economic point of view, it can procure means of production, labor power and, in some cases, makes manufactured goods / products. In this sense, the company uses financial resources by investing in the means of production and in the expenses with employees, following that they are returned in the form of income.The decrease in expenses from the revenues obtained results in profit, which is in itself the main purpose of any enterprise. Within the national economic field, it has two basic functions: creating added values and income distribution.
