Summary/Abstract: As noted by prof. Univ. Dr. Dumitrescu Corina Adriana, among the formal sources of law, most authors indicate the normative contract, but this is not often the case. Of course, in this paper we intend to address the issue of the contract of sale with property reservation, but we can not do this without touching certain essential aspects of this type of contract.
