Summary/Abstract: The subject of this research is the effects of COVID-19 on human resources (HR) functions. The aim of the research is to reveal what the spreading epidemic has changed in human resources policies and processes. The participants of the research are HR managers. According to the findings of the research, it is possible to say that the importance of HR function has increased in the COVID-19 process, which highlights psychological, social and economic problems along with health problems. Other findings are shown in the research section and discussed in the conclusion section.
