Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the group work skills of students who have received tourism education at the undergraduate level prepared for business life. In this context, the research was carried out on 394 tourism students studying at Sakarya Applied Sciences University Faculty of Tourism in the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year. Cumming etal. "Group Work Skills Scale" developed by (2014) and adapted to Turkish by Ozan (2018) wasused. In the statistical analysis of data, frequency analysis, independent groups t-test andvariance (anova) analysis were used by using SPSS. In addition, Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) was performed using the AMOS program. As a result of the evaluation of the data, it was seen that the students who participated in the research had high group work skills. As a result of the statistical processes, no statistically significant difference was found in terms of age, class,education type, participation in sports activity, participation in sports activity and association club membership. As a result, it can be said that in terms of group work skills, which have an important place in working life and in the functioning of organizational culture, undergraduatetourism students are ready for business life
