Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of enforcement proceedings against several debtors, given that the enforcement court has approved the declaration of enforceability for only one of them which renders the whole enforcement procedure void in relation to the other debtors, for whom the court rejected the declaration of enforceability.
