Summary/Abstract: This article offers a comparative analysis of (Old) Church Slavonic equivalents of the Greek ἡ συναγωγή (with reference to the semantically concurrent ἡ ἐκκλησία), τό συνέδριον and ἡ συστροφή in successive redactions of the Book of Psalms. The study presents a comparison of the use of these equivalents in quantitative and qualitative terms, taking into account the similarities as well as differences in their uses. It also examines their Hebrew-Greek context in the source texts. The analysis includes illustrative examples of the issues in focus.
