Summary/Abstract: Due to the dynamic development of TFL services and resulting from competition it is necessary in enterprises to take care of the aspect of acquiring knowledge necessary to perform tasks by employees. In theory and practice, the best ways of gathering knowledge are still searched for, which is hidden in nature and is the result of information processing and experience gathering by qualified company staff. In order to fill this gap, the authors rely on the analysis of available tools and their potential application possibilities in enterprises from the TFL industry. The conducted analysis shows that e-learning cannot be treated only as an asynchronous tool for transferring knowledge.
