Summary/Abstract: This chapter discusses the application of the psychological contract concept in the implementation of HR policy of logistics companies. Then the results of a survey on the mechanisms of HR policy taking into account the implementation of psychological contracts in logistics enterprises are presented. The results clearly indicate that employees from the TFL sector have strong expectations from their employer regarding the quality of communication, complain about uneven workload, and do not feel sufficient care and concern from their supervisor. Therefore, the conclusions made can be helpful in developing the main principles of creating a HR policy based on psychological contract.
