Summary/Abstract: Staff turnover is an important indicator of the effectiveness of human resource management and the quality of working life. Staff turnover becomes a problem area when its values are outside the optimal limits, which are different for each organization. The report examines and analyzes employee turnover and the negative effects it can have on organizations. Employers can solve the problem related to staff turnover by identifying the reasons for leaving employees and taking effective and targeted actions to retain them in the organizations.
