Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the situation in the regional education. The goal of the article is to compare the differences in average monthly gross wages in education in 2015 in each region in the Czech Republic, including areas of gender. The representation of women and men and difference between the salary is compared. Wages of non-control wage teachers with an average salary in the region are compared. Teachers of schools on average for the whole Czech Republic reached 1.2% higher income than wages in the regions. Managers of the schools have a 49.5% higher income than the average income in the regions. Furthermore, shares compared salaries between men and women in education and the regions. Men as teachers have higher salaries in education an average of almost 4% and managers of schools it is already 10% more. Data from the Ministry of Education and other professional sources has been used in the processing of the article. Results are presented using clear tables.
