Summary/Abstract: Family and children’s support is a significant area of the social services system in Bulgaria. What are the main services offered to support families, how do social service providers work, what are the barriers and difficulties in working with families, how trust is built in providers-clients relations, and how collaborations with municipalities and other organizations work – these issues will be presented through using data from a survey conducted along with semi-structured interviews with representatives of 40 leading organizations – family support service providers in Bulgaria.
