Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to reveal the prevalence of risky health behaviors among today’s generation of Bulgarian adolescents who grow up in a digital environment. Based on the national representative data from the international survey ‘Health Behaviors among School-aged Children’, wave 2017/2018, the prevalence of risky behaviors such as tobacco use, alcohol and drug consumption, early start of sexual activity and bullying perpetration has been revealed. Family, peers and school setting are discussed as the main determinants of adolescents’ risky behaviors. Creating school as a comfortable less stressed environment for prosocial and health-oriented initiatives could by an effective way to coping risky behaviors among the adolescents.
