Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the report is to present to what extent the estimated average age of leaving home affects the labour force participation rate of young people in Bulgaria, the construction activity of construction contractors and the housing market in the country. Comparisons are made with European countries and the performance of Bulgaria according to these indicators. The report uses empirical data from Eurostat on age for leaving home and youth economic activity in Bulgaria and EU. The data are processed using the method of correlation analysis for linear dependence.
