Summary/Abstract: The manifestation of the control function at the strategic level enables the clear formulation of an organization‘s strategy, facilitates the alignment of goals and sub-goals, as well as policies and plans across different time horizons. Evaluating the methodology for developing a system of performance indicators allows the fulfillment of the mission of any organization. Assessing the defined state, the behavioral norm – including the system of indicators and criteria for their execution – even during their design phase, is the most critical aspect of control as a function of every management system. These controllable areas are the focus of this report.
