Summary/Abstract: This article aims to refl ect on the administration as a social science thatmanages resources, whether material or human through a planned scheme to achievespecifi c objectives, establishing interrelations with the environment and context to makeeffective decisions and meet needs based on unifi ed effort.The administration is considered a radar because it leads, directs, promotes and guaranteessustainable development, by putting into practice the principles, laws and proceduresin human actions and social relations.The administration can face globalization, adapting and perfecting society to new changes,challenges and economic, political, cultural, environmental, social and technologicalchallenges, giving the human being the opportunity to access sustainable developmentas a person.Management and sustainable development are made by and for the people who areresponsible for maximizing resources effectiveness and creating the conditions and environmentsto have a decent life.
