Summary/Abstract: The article in question touches upon the problem of social and professional integration of pupils with special educational needs, focusing on the access to education and career guidance, so that they acquire the quality of socially useful citizen having a productive job. It highlights the principles, the difficulties and the opportunities of social and professional integration of people with special needs. It proposes some exemples of activities and working methods with pupils from primary classes aiming to facilitate the career choise.
