- Summary/Abstract:This study addresses the problem of professional stress in support teachers. The activity of the support teachers is very demanding, from several perspectives: the high and varied educational needs of the students with CES, the intense emotional demand of the support teachers, the resistance of the students, parents, the society regarding the inclusive education. The range of requests and challenges in the professional plan of the support teachers can generate psychological problems: stress at work, emotional exhaustion that denotes the need to call for psychological services, the need to call for psychological assistance. The experimental investigation of the level of professional stress, emotional exhaustion of the support teachers as well as the ways of preventing and overcoming the professional stress are of interest.

- Summary/Abstract:The article highlights the principles of Montessori pedagogy that places the full respect of the child's freedom of expression and manifestation in the center of education. Particular attention is paid to work with normal children and disabled children are analyzed, which are based on the experience of the French doctor, Itard and the teacher and doctor Edouard Seguin. A special emphasis is placed on the environment and materials of a Montessori class, where children have a great freedom of expression, a great freedom of movement, which causes them to reveal their needs and skills.

- Summary/Abstract:Intercultural contact and communication have increased in the context of globalization. Both terms are, however, little transparent, evoke a host of associations and carry various significances. The present article proposes a framework to understand current meaning of intercultural dialogue. Globalization is a dynamic process which impacts differentially on various cultures around the world. It permeates cultural boundaries and in the process results in the spread of Western ideologies and values across the world. - Summary/Abstract:The acquisition of a second or additional language, in whatever learning environment it might occur, is always bound to external and internal factors, about whose effects on the acquisition process we still do not know enough. One of these factors is the individual multilingualism. In our contribution, we would like to start from the hypothesis that, in principle, multilingual people, whether they speak two or more languages, are better foreign language learners in school learning contexts than monolingual people. Zum Beispiel Kinder mit und ohne Behinderung lernen zusammen in der Schule. Jeder Mensch kann überall dabei sein: in der Schule, beim Wohnen oder in der Freizeit: Das ist Inklusion.
