Summary/Abstract: Modern technologies in education are no longer a complete novelty. Teachers are even required to use them in their daily work. However; there are teachers who have decided to take another step forward and transfer all their teaching work to the virtual world. On the other hand; the virtual teaching of children is still not a widespread phenomenon. The purpose of the article below is to analyze the tools and method of preparing teaching materials in order to conduct effectively online lessons for children. The challenges faced by teachers undertaking this kind of cooperation will also be presented. We will see also the motivations of the students (and their parents); who also; for various reasons; decided on the online form of foreign language classes. The article presents the results of research conducted among online teachers from all over the world; having different teaching experience and teaching different foreign languages; although the largest group are Spanish language teachers.
