Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is an attempt to demonstrate the process of the professionalization of political communication for example the election of the President of the Republic of Poland in 2015. Based on the analysis the presidential campaign of Andrzej Duda indicated determinants the professionalization of political communication: strategic planning and execution of campaign, capably focus of media attention, activity in the new media, the use of marketing concepts, the cost-effectiveness of the campaign.
