Volume published within the SESYR project Sustainable Education through European Studies for Young Researchers Jean Monnet Module 587359-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPJMO-MODULEThe volume "Sustainability of Doctoral Education in Economics and Business" capitalizes on the ideas and research of doctoral students from the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iasi, the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration. The structuring of the volume in four generic parts aims to capitalize on the areas considered by the project's philosophy: project management, entrepreneurship and employability for young researchers. A collection of 24 articles, featuring 35 authors, provides an environment of challenging scientific debate for the economics readership. The focus of the topics in the present articles on the research motivations of doctoral students and postdoctoral students makes this volume represent a publishing debut for some authors, and for others, a consolidation of their vocation. The dissemination of passions in such contexts strengthens collaboration and openness to new investigative topics. The volume is intended for students, researchers and teachers and we propose it as a bibliographic reference for the development of other research and innovation ideas in our thematic area.
