Keywords: Initial training; continuing development; primary education
Since early times, initial training has been subsumed to the initiative of teachers, who are the centre of the educational system, and who set contents, structures, organizational forms based on time, place and action units. Initial training is generally addressed to a narrow segment of the population, adolescents and youth under 25 years of age, whose development is malleable and available to teachers.Continuing professional development concerns the young adults over 25, students who are looking forward to adapting their training in view of changing the activity. Continuous learning is included in the concept of lifelong learning, a term used by the European Commission, which means alternating professional activity with short periods of information acquisition. In Europe, a network was founded, based on a better understanding of educational policies. Each state has the right to decide its own system of education and training, but also must provide a uniform platform of educational needs. Ensuring the quality of education is an advantage for future education. Human resources must first and foremost be ensured, as they facilitate substantial transformation in the educational reality. Other elements that ensure the quality of education are those related to: ● the important role of teachers; ● the community’s participation in education; ● relationship with the social and natural environment, family, church.

Ioan Flora, with his memory of the Serbian Banat, the native place he left behind, focuses on this space he regards as full of magic and confers upon it a multicultural and postmodern identity, these being specific connotations which turn the poet into a unique voice in the context of contemporary Romanian literature. Ioan Flora is Romanian poet from Serbia, who is placed by literary criticism and history among the writers of the 1980s generation. Flora's poetry uses space as a central point of view in many of his poems, a space where the poet located himself. In the same time, in parallel with the theories of postmodernism, Flora uses memory irony to describe the true landmarks in Romanian literature from the Serbian Banat. This paper presents the most significant poetic motifs of Ioan Flora’s poetry.

This paper awill discuss several general conceptual and especially symbolic lines of a possible Public Relations approach which could be used in order to build a solid and authentic PR and public communication campaign for the City of Timisoara (Romania) for 2021 when the city will be the European Capital of Culture. The paper draws a short picture by developing a brief classification of the set of symbolic and material resources which could be used in order to obtain an effective PR campaign not only for the great cultural event scheduled for the year 2021 for the City of Timisoara but also for building a positive image for the city and the entire region and country. This paper is written with the purpose of discussing a general theoretical frame for an effective PR campaign. Therefore, we are not highlighting practical aspects which are either already present in this specific PR campaign or they will be in near future.

Although it brought together the historical provinces, the Great Union from 1918 did not mark as well the moment of a legislative unification in the matter of inheritance law. The territory of Romania resembled to a legislative mosaic consisting of the Romanian Civil Code from 1864, the Austrian Civil Code, the Hungarian customary law, the Hungarian laws and the Imperial patents as well as the Islamic law. This was the starting point of an evolution that, in terms of legislative unification, culminated with the extension of the civil legislation from the Old Kingdom to the other historical provinces. Since more than once the succession procedure is neglected by the heirs, even over several generations, the study of the succession over time of the regulations of substantive law applicable to the inheritances does not lack practical utility, still being encountered situations in which could be invoked dispositions of material law that ceased to be in force in Romania since the first half of the century or more recently, such as the case of the Romanian Civil Code from 1864. Remembering the past and looking into the future, the Regulation (EU) no. 650/2012 provides us a new perspective on what conflicts of laws mean in a world of the free movement of goods, service, people and capital, conflicts which may also lead to adaptations of the national regulations of substantive law applicable to the inheritance.

This article does an extensive analysis on some issues involved in the process of promoting and sustaining the image of a city. The analysis is built upon distinct elements of the current promotion process of the event scheduled for the year 2021: the city of Timisoara (Romania), European Capital of Culture. The study follows two major concepts. The first one concerns legitimacy with some derivative concepts. The second one discusses the concrete action of promoting such an event by different means to the public sphere. The concept of legitimacy is analyzed on two distinct dimensions. The first one tackles the issue of general legitimacy regarding the entire act of electing a city as a European Cultural Capital. The second one deals with the legitimacy of developing the actual process of promoting this type of an event. The concept of promoting by different forms of public campaigns is analyzed starting with some of our previous studies although the analysis goes2further and tries to establish new elements through which the process of promoting could have more chances of success. The role of the intellectuals and that of several distinct social segments are also discussed.

This year, on the 13th of December 2018, the Romanians celebrate 100 years since the establishment of the French occupation army - detachments for the maintenance of peace, an event which had strong implications on the history of Romania. After the Great Union of the 1st of December 1918 had caused military clashes on the streets of Arad and its surroundings, French battalions were detached to Arad, and the city was under French occupation until the 16th of July 1919. This paper presents the way in which two publications from Arad – the newspapers “Românul” and “Aradi Közlöny” – reported the arrival of general Berthelot on the 29th of December 1918 and of the French soldiers on the 31st of December 1918. These were topics of great interest for publicists who reported how they perceived the arrival of the2French troops in Arad, or how this transitional regime was seen throughout history. By bringing these texts from the newspapers to the foreground, we intend to bring to life various impact actions for the national history, intending thus to design a greater image of an important period of the history of Arad, in the general context of the occupation of Banat by the French troops.

Our Savior Jesus Christ is not just the model of our moral accomplishment, but the model of soul shepherds, meaning the priests who perform the holy services in the Church, in His name and through His sanctifying power. Just like the Saviors won the sinners’ souls, He forgave them and attracted them to Him through His godly love, in the same way, the priest of our days has to behave towards his believers with undoubted love, kindness, patience and humbleness, in order to make them go back to the right way and get closer to God, with trust and open heart.

Abstract: The kindergarten and the family have an essential role in the harmonious development of the child. It is very important to have a close connection between the kindergarten and the child's family to be able to work together on his development. The kindergarten must always collaborate with the child's family, because the parents must be considered partners by the educator in the children's education, in the process of their development. Between the kindergarten and the family, there must be a permanent relationship of collaboration, which should be maintained through the realization of the educational partnership between the kindergarten and the family. The kindergarten-family educational partnership has an important role in the child's development, because through the activities within it, pluses are brought in the child's development. Both the kindergarten and the family have their well-established role in the kindergarten-family partnership and each one tries to do his part to be able to achieve something for the good of the children together, because this is the common goal of the two educational environments, that of working together on children's development, and to train him to be able to integrate into society. Therefore, the collaboration between the kindergarten and the family has a very important role in the harmonious development of the child. For Saint Simeon the New Theologian, the prayer is a spiritual path by means of which the one who chooses to follow this path destroys the passions of the body. In the thoughts of the holy father, the prayer is not a work that belongs to the human mind or that pertains to reason by which man intuitively follows the path of life received as a gift from God, as it is neither just an expression of the heart that expresses the need to be in dialogue with God, but represents a whole range of manifestations of light by means of which the soul of the believer unites with God in holy communion. The prayer, in the vision of Saint Simeon, is the path that bestows upon man the joy and peace of the Holy Spirit, with the aid of which the feeling of solitude is banished and the certainty of the divine omnipresence is acquired. As such, the prayer remains a model of conscientiousness and uplifting of life, as well as the virtuous way of living, which spiritually nourishes the faith and the love as well as for God as for all fellow human beings. Therefore, for Saint Simeon the New Theologian, the prayer is the best argument for taking the path of Jesus Christ, the One Who enlightens by means of prayer the reason of man, which helps him to delve into the depths of scriptural and church teachings and which becomes the source of all spiritual joys. In this study, we aim to highlight the importance of the ascetic model of Saint Simeon the New Theologian, a model by means of which this Father of the Holy Church put prayer in a whole new light from the perspective of seeing God within light.

In the second half of the 18th century, the Diocese of Arad consisted of a number of eleven archdioceses. Among them was the Chisinau-Cris Archdiocese, based in the homonymous town. For 200 years, the history of the Diocese of Arad has been marked at the level of all sectors, by this archdiocese. Although little known even locally, medallions of archpriests from 1919-1968 drawn in this study, capture people and celebrities who, through their work, managed to impress the upper forums. With a special activity in the missionary and cultural field, the six archpriests prove to be providential people, who kept the flame of faith and culture burning in difficult times such as: the interwar period, World War Il or the great challenge of the communist regime, which 20 years after its establishment, in 1968,abolished the mentioned archdiocese. The series of archpriests from Chisinau-Cris shows the importance of this archdiocese among the others of the Arad diocese, as well as the essential role played by the archdiocese, through its leaders, in key moments of church, cultural or national-political life.

Our article is concentrated on the main significances of the liturgical space. The idea to concentrate on such a topic was inspirated by the Prayer year as 2022 was dedicated in Romanian Patriarchate. Speaking about prayer we need to refer to the place which is built to be the place of prayer. That is the church. Through the Service of consacration a newbuilding church becomes the House of the Eucharistic Liturgy an the House of The Holy Trinity. The architecture of the church has to be done in the spirit of the main service which is celebrated in it. It means that the church has to be constructed in the spirit of the Liturgy. Being dedicated exclusevely to the Liturgy the church is a liturgical space. In our article we pointed out some theological significances of the liturgical space as they are reflected in the Service of consacration of a new church and in the liturgical interpretation of St. Simeon of Thessalonika. Concluding, we focused on the need of liturgical catechesis which has to be addressed to our contemporary society.

The life of Father Ilarion V. Felea's life, in its various aspects, sacramentally, in the parishes in which he served, academically-scientifically, as a teacher at the Theological Academies of Sibiu and Arad, but especially the ordeal of imprisonment in Gherla and Aiud and his martyrdom in the Communist dungeon on September 18, 1961, places him among the great fathers of the Romanian Orthodox Church in the 20th century. From his writings, as from his life, emanates the authentic living of Orthodoxy, with full faith, even if in a hostile time and environment, both politically and confessionally. The present study aims, in a brief presentation based on the writings of Father Ilarion V. Felea, to reveal him, in the " Year of Prayer in the Church’s life and the Christian’s life", as a worthy example to follow in the confession of faith and in the practice of prayer.
